history

We are a company born from the amalgamation of the engineering section and the information systems section of Hayashi Telempu Corporation, which manufactures and supplies a variety of automobile interior parts and accessories, especially floor carpeting, to Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and all other automobile manufacturers in Japan.
We operate a CAD business where we design products and molds and develop system technology, and an IT business where we take care of everything from planning information systems to their actual design, development, and implementation.

Mar. 1990	HAITEX Co., Ltd. was founded.
Apr. 1990	The Engineering Section of the Technical Research Institute at Hayashi Telempu Co., Ltd. commenced operations in Yanagibashi Mitsui Building, 1-16-28 Meieki Minami, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya.
Mar. 1993	The information systems section of Hayashi Telempu Corporation merges into the operation.
Mar. 2000	Relocated head office to 2-14-13 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya.
Oct. 2005	Achieved ISO 2000 certification.
Feb. 2006	Relocated office to Marunouchi KS Building, 10F, 2-18-25 Marunouchi, Naka-ku, Nagoya.
Mar. 2009	Established the New Business Development Division to drive business expansion. (Shiodome Business Group)
Dec. 2010	Yokohama Office relocated to Shin-Yokohama Square Building, 11F, 2-3-12 Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama.
Jul. 2012	Earned TS16949 certification (added as an affiliated division of Hayashi Telempu). Transitioned from ISO 9001:2000 to TS16949 to strengthen compliance with automotive industry quality management standards.
Dec. 2021	Yokohama Office relocated to Shin-Yokohama Dai-ni Center Building, 4F, 3-19-5 Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama.
Dec. 2024	Concluded the New Development Division to reinforce core businesses and optimize the allocation of management resources.
